Parts, Mods, & Products Reviewed Here!
This is a review page. Most of the mods and projects I've taken on with the car have gone very well and basically turned out the way I expected them to. Some projects were kind of iffy when I started them but I decided to take a chance on them anyway, just to see how it would turn out. This is my place to review those questionable projects I have done with the mustang and collect some thoughts on if I would do them again. Especially if I ever were to acquire another Mustang!

Camber Kit
This was a great idea. I've put it in my car and have been able to set it and forget it. The problem with this is that once my alignment was set there was nothing more to be done with it. I didn't need these for a street/strip set up. Now if I was doing track, then I would do it again. For another street car, no.

Modern Bucket Seats
I really liked these at first. Head rests are safer for day to day use. They are also more comfortable. I decided that they just didn't look right in my car and I decided they didn't have enough side bolsters for my taste. For now, I prefer the stock set up.

Roller Perches
This was a great project. They make a noticeable improvement right away. No question, this is a must do project.

Shelby Drop
I didn't feel a improvement right away but then I've never drove my car all that hard before I did this. Since this was a easy and free mod to do, I'm happy I did it.

17" Rims
This is the latest trend. I was unhappy with how my rims fit. I've done a lot of reading and research since then. If I wasn't so impatient and worked with them some more I think I would have been happier with the set up. If the rims are the right size with the correct sized tires this is a good mod.
Would I do this again? Yes, with properly sized rims and tires.

In Dash Stereo
This is a tough one. Some folks think its almost a sin to cut the dash. I've tried 3 different approaches to a stereo in the mustang and cutting the dash is by far my favorite. I should have done this in the first place.

Dome Light
This is not original to a '66 mustang to my knowledge and some folks have stated it doesn't belong there. I figure it makes life easier and was a simple and easy mod. I've appreciated having it there many times now.

Scarebird Disc Brake Kit
Are there bigger more expensive kits out there? Yes. Could I have gone with another product? Yes. Do these work? Yes. Were they affordable? According to my math this is the least expensive option to converting to disc brakes on the market. I wish they did a rear disc brake kit.
